Overview
"Fighting for fairness is a 2degrees thing. It's been their calling card for 10 years now, and with so many Kiwis still getting a raw deal, 2degrees intend to keep that fight going. Upon launch, 2degrees came out swinging, making calls cheaper and introducing Carryover data - immediately making things fairer for Kiwis. 10 years later and many happy customers later, with their very own national mobile network, fixed broadband and business, the fight continues.
Notes for Cardholders
"At 2degrees, we are offering 15% off a $40NZD plan or above for 12 months and 20% off accessories (with standard exclusions of Apple and Samsung original product). Just present your card at the payment desk, and we’ll do the rest!" Power of Attorney: If you are the person acting on the cardholder’s behalf, we will request to see the documentation for power of attorney. Please make sure you bring this with you if you need to set up anything on behalf of the cardholder. Additional Information from the Customer: If you need any help with setting something up or fixing any issues, please bring any logins and passwords for any apps or emails you might need for us to access your service to help.
Standing and Queuing
We have a small bench seat just inside the entrance to the store where you can sit while waiting to be served. Please advise our friendly staff if this is not available or if you require additional seating away from crowds.
Level Access
Our Riccarton store is easily accessible with a wide front store entrance. The closest mall entrance to our store is the one off Riccarton Road. If you are having difficulty moving within the store, please wave at one of our friendly staff to come and assist you.
Distances
The nearest parking locations to the store are at the mall entrance off Riccarton Road. It is less than 50m to the store from the disabled parking slots. If additional support is required, i.e. picking up/delivering phone to/ from your car, this can be arranged by calling the store on (03) 961 1981.
Urgent Toilet Access
Unfortunately, our location within Westfield Riccarton mall means that the mall toilets are around 100m away. McDonald’s is a little closer but may not be close enough if you are in a hurry. The good news is that our Hornby shop is much closer to the toilets so please consider that as an alternative. We are happy to direct you to the toilets in the Riccarton mall for those not in a hurry, and our staff can assist with walking you to the toilet. If there is a need for evacuation, our staff will provide clear instructions if/when there is a need.
Disability Assist Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome in the store, and we will provide a water bowl if required.
Essential Companions
We will accommodate you if you bring along a support person to assist you and ensure they are engaged in the process with you. If you are the person acting on the cardholder’s behalf, we will request to see the documentation for power of attorney. Please make sure you bring this with you if you need to set up anything on behalf of the cardholder.

We will help guide you descriptively and offer additional information and support to ensure things are understood and clear.

We will provide clear visual information and take our time to ensure we understand what help you need. We will make sure the information is clearly communicated on paper where required. We are happy to arrange for you to use the NZ Relay Service to conduct business with us.
Hidden Disabilities
Our friendly staff are ready to help and support you with your telco needs! Please advise us if you require any additional support, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you are unable to wear a mask within high Covid-19 alert levels, please let us know, and we can assist in creating space for you. We have access to trained first aiders in all of our stores should a medical event occur. Please let us know if you are having difficulty breathing, and we will provide a space for you to sit and be assessed. In an emergency, 111 will be called.
