Overview
"We've now opened in the bustling Addington area - on Lincoln Road! We are stoked to welcome Jason and Annabelle Sare to the Coffee Culture team and all the experience they will bring with them. This beautiful store is ready and waiting for you! We've got seating indoors and out so you're sorted no matter what the Christchurch weather brings. We have even got a few kids areas to keep the little ones entertained while you sit back and relax. Whether it's a pre work caffeine hit, a place for a work meeting, lunch, or something to warm you up after watching the Saturday sports we've got everything you need! Come see us, we would love to meet you!"
Notes for Cardholders

"At Coffee Culture Addington we want all our customers to feel welcome amd receive excellent service. We realise that our disabled customers face some barriers that we can help them overcome. Your server will have specific training around those barriers and what they can proactively do to make a difference. We also realise that having a disability often means extra living expenses, and not being so flush with cash. So just present your card and we will give you 10% off hot drinks."

Standing and Queuing

Who likes queuing, but for those who find this an actual problem then we are happy to come to you to take your order. Just make sure we know that you are there.

Our store has wheelchair access and disabled parking bays. Please use the side door as this is the only one with ramp access.
Distances

Our store is located within a short walk from the carpark, and the nearest bus stop is located just 50m up Lincoln Road.
Urgent Toilet Access

Our store has a single, unisex, disabled customer toilet. It may not be available at short notice due to use by another customer.
Disability Assist Dogs

We love dogs, and have water bowls available, and even free dog-friendly treats. Registered assistance dogs are welcome inside our store. The store is near Mountford Park and Hagley Park if your dog wants to walk off that piece of cake they stole from you. We have a large seating area where you might like to cool off with your doggy mate, or soak up the rays.
Essential Companions

We appreciate that not everyone in your group is wanting to purchase a drink, or something to eat. We are good with that, we think they will crack when they see the cabinet and smell those wonderful aromas, but if they have the will power then that's all good with us.
Difficulty Accessing Visual Information

Our drinks and food menus are written, and so is the description of the items in the cabinet. However, your server is more than happy to assist in explaining what we can offer, and they know you may need just a bit of extra time to decide what you want. Remember, if it is easier we can come to you at the table.
Difficulty Accessing Audible Information

We are not in the position to offer sign language, but your server is more than happy to spend the time needed with you so that you get what you want. Remember, if it is easier we can come to you at the table.
Hidden Disabilities

The shop has a sound absorbing ceiling to keep the noise levels down, which based on feedback from customers is very effective. However, we do keep a couple sets of acoustic earmuffs for clients who are particularly sensitive to noise. We have one corner of the cafe which is quite secluded, but please call to reserve as it is available for all customers.
