Overview
"Honour Festival 2021 is the inaugural event created in honour of your mind, your body, and our planet.A yoga festival celebrating education and empowerment.Yoga, speakers, music, artisan demonstrations and vendors all with the common theme of how we can better ourselves and the environment that we live within.Supporting New Zealand businesses who stand true to ethical and sustainable practices and those in our communities who have a desire for more - more care for our land and environment, and more peace within our minds and bodies.Honour Festival - honouring your minds, honouring your bodies, and honouring our planet!"
Notes for card holders

"We understand that often events are not the easiest to get to for everyone, especially those who live out of town. What we'd like to offer to those with a Hāpai Access Card is a 10% discount on General Admission festival tickets. Enter the promo code 'FRIENDS10' when purchasing a ticket.We can also offer preferential parking, certainly mobility assist park space. We do ask that communication with us prior to the event via email so we can allow enough spaces."

Standing and Queuing

You can park right at the door and enter immediately.We can provide chairs for those who need to sit while scanning their entry ticket. Or we can attend to them first.Guide dogs are welcome.
Wheelchair Access

Accessible to all areas, indoors, outdoors, concrete and grassed areas.This is a new facility that has been designed and built with accessibility in mind.
Short Distances

Chairs and seating will be provided all over the venue. From entrance to the yoga zone is approx 100m, but all the talks, music and stall vendors are at various distances before that. There are resting spots along the way.
Access To Toilets

There are 3 male and 3 female toilet facilities within the building itself, which have wheelchair access for those who require it. 2 sets of 3 toilets will also be at either end of the festival.
Assistance Dogs

Water will be provided for assistance dogs, they are most welcome. We have a large lawn area and space for animals.

Most of our day consists of talks, music and yoga so visually-impaired visitors will enjoy the day through movement and sound. The talks and discussions will be wonderful for everyone.

Sadly we have no availability for hearing impaired this year. This is something we will look to do in the future.

It's a beautiful venue, a wonderful setting only 10km's away from Hanmer Springs Village.We'd love to offer this opportunity for anyone with the Hāpai Access Card to contact us with their requirements and we'll accommodate as best we can.
